The dietitian behind Sana Nutrition.
Hi, I'm Anna. I believe nutrition support should feel like a conversation, not a lecture.
I started Sana Nutrition because I wanted to practise differently, without rigid meal plans, without judgement, and without pretending that one approach works for everybody. My job isn't to hand you a list of rules. It's to understand your history, your routine and what's realistic for your life, and build an approach from there.
I work with people at every stage: some are managing a diagnosed condition, some are rebuilding their relationship with food, and some just want practical, sustainable support. Wherever you're starting from, sessions are collaborative, evidence-based and entirely judgement-free.
Evidence-based, properly trained, always learning.

Specialist training in eating disorder care, trauma-informed practice, and Intuitive Eating counselling.
Clinical experience across private practice, bariatric surgery care, and general practice settings.
Real change doesn't come from another set of rules. It comes from understanding your life.
